Bacon, prune and mini d’Affinois original cheese roulades with a rocket side salad

Ingrédients

– 6 Mini Pavé d’Affinois Original cheese portions

– 3 prunes

– 12 slices of basil leaves

– 240 g (8 oz) of rocket

– 6 chives

– 15 cl (1/2 cup) of olive oil

– 3 cl (2 tbsp) of balsamic vinegar

– Salt/pepper

Method

Slice the prunes and the Mini Pavé d’Affinois Original cheese portions in half and place half a prune inside each half of cheese, then seal.

Lay two slices of bacon on top of each other to form a cross and place the Mini Pavé d’Affinois Original cheese portions in the centre.

Wrap the cheese in the bacon rashers then place in a hot pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown.

Finely chop the chives.

Wash the rocket and arrange on serving plates.

Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt/pepper.

Place a mini roulade onto each plate and garnish with the chives.
