Bûche du Pilat cheese burger
– 6 burger buns -240 g (8 oz) of Bûche du Pilat cheese
– 6 beef steaks (1.5 pounds) – Ketchup
– 6 sunblush tomatoes – Olive oil
– 1 red onion – Salt/pepper
– 6 lettuce leaves
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Peel and slice the red onion. Cut the cheese into 6 slices.
Wash the lettuce leaves and cut the sunblush tomatoes in half.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper and pan fry with a spoonful of olive oil.
Place the burger buns in the oven or under the grill for 1 minute.
On the bottom of the bun, add a little ketchup, then a lettuce leaf, two onion slices, two sunblush tomato halves and a steak.
Lay the cheese over the top of the burger, add the top of the bun and place in the oven for 1 minute.
Serve immediately with a side salad.
