Mini spring rolls with Fromager d’Affinois Léger low-fat cheese
– 130 g (4.5 oz) of Fromager d’Affinois low-fat cheese
– 12 rice cakes (small)
– 1 black radish or daikon radish
– 2 carrots
– 6 lettuce leaves
– 20 g (1 tbsp) of poppy seeds
– 10 cl (1/3 cup) of sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce
Peel the carrots and radish and wash the lettuce.
Slice the vegetables into a julienne and cut the cheese into sticks.
Soak the rice cakes in water to soften them.
Drain and lay out on the work surface.
Place half a lettuce leaf onto each rice cake, then place the carrots, radish and cheese in the centre.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds then roll up the rice cakes.
Serve the rolls with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
