1981

Birth of the Pavé Dauphinois in an experimental unit at Crémieux (Isère departement).

 

1ère étiq PA

1983

Creation of Fromagerie Guilloteau at Pélussin in the Loire departement to produce the Pavé Dauphinois, which is now Pavé d’Affinois.

1989

Creation of a 2nd production unit at Belley in the Ain departement. Creation of a Research and Development and Sales and Marketing department.

1995

Launch of the Fromager d’Affinois 2 kg, a product developed mainly for export.

1996

Awarded the French Quality Prize by the Mouvement Français pour la Qualité (MFQ – French Quality Movement).

2001

Construction of a new production unit in Pélussin to respond to the company’s growth and to meet health and safety requirements.

2002

BRC awarded for the 2 production units. In 2012, Fromagerie Guilloteau was once again BRC – grade A certified.

 

2012

 

New development for the Pavé d’Affinois brand (new logo) and packaging for the range.
